Qualified and experienced teacher with more than six years of experience teaching A-level Physics and Applied Science. My approach is all about building confidence and mastering exam techniques. I focus on developing the skills you need to tackle any question, emphasising understanding and problem-solving over rote memorization. My goal is to equip you with the tools to confidently handle any question, whether you’ve encountered it before or not.

The best way to learn anything in life is practise, which is why my tutorials will be based around solving problems together. People learn more efficiently by solving the problem themselves and therefore my role will be to guide you to the answer and helping you to recognise what needs to be done to find a solution for any question. Too often students just the learn the individual steps needed for every type of question and it is very difficult to remember them all, but if you fully understand the content and theory you can figure out how to solve the problem even if you've never seen the question before. This is why I won't just tell you how to answer a question, I will teach you the tools you need to answer any question and how to recognise what situation requires which tool.
