Lessons can be very flexible. They will be highly interactive and conversational in order to make the most effective learning experiences. I have found that teaching to the needs of the students works best and so my teaching strategy revolves around how each student wants to improve and specifically in what areas they would like to learn also. Lessons will also include lots of practice as role playing situations that require effective use of Japanese is one of the best ways to truly learn and improve.
