When teaching i like to watch videos with the students to make sure they understand, and if they don't i'll further explain. Practice is also a big part of learning even if they get the answers wrong at first, practice makes perfect. Breaks will also be rewarded if the sessions are long (3+). I may bring along snacks with me to motivate the student into trying their best and getting rewarded. The principles i would teach will also help them in the future.
