It is very important to understand the subject once it is delivered to the target audience irrespective of the strength of the audience. For tutors or teachers it becomes very essential for them to know the details of the chunk they are teaching but also need to overcome the biggest hurdle, i.e. , to convey the knowledge in an efficient medium, so much so that the contents taught doesn't become a burden or a boring lecture but an entertaining and "yet to know more" - motivated aspiration. I humbly aim to be that source and apply every medium necessary so that the receiving end becomes satisfied with the words or methods that I am trying to preach.
It is also very important for me to know the capacity or the limit of the students because there is no rule or law mentioned that every child needs to have equal mental strength. Therefore, I will have to sort out everything according to the capacity of the holder and study enough to deliver the correct rhythm without distorting the flow of haining knowledge. To become and come down to the level of the bearer is also one of the criterias I follow strictly because at the end of the day everyone likes a well cooked meal rather just the attempts of cooking a meal.
Last but not the least, I won't be lenient towards the fact that there is a boundry and nobody can cross it. It is just the opposite, I will give a push and keep pushing the students forward till the time they become confident and Master themselves.
