My lessons are very flexible in both timing and content but will usually be structured around three main aspects.

Reviewing recent school work to identify areas to target.

Using a range of pedagogic methods to understand why the student struggled with that content.

Developing skills and knowledge to address these issues and providing opportunities to put the new leaning into practice.

My teaching style is very student led, working to encourage and develop them to engage in their own exploration and understanding by providing a framework for instruction that encourages questions and promotes understanding course content, exam questions styles and how the subject fits into the broader curriculum and their potential or desired future.
