My name is Timothy matasva and I’m currently studying biomedical science at the University of Northampton. I received an A grade of higher for my history exams in my GCSEs, AS level and my Advanced level. I’ve tutored low income students back in my home country in Zimbabwe by offering free history and English lessons so that I could give them a chance to get the best out of their studies. I’m a huge fan of interactive presentations because I believe it keeps the mind engaged and alert, hence why that’s my preferred approach to lessons because I believe the student should be heavily involved in discussions and picking my brain on areas they would wish to understand or fail to understand. I also tend to get people I tutor to do quizzes, presentations and small reports to help them get an understanding of the topic in question. I’ve always had a love and passion for world history and politics. So I would love to instill that love too to other students because I believe that’s the only way people can truly excel in any subject. I believe myself to be patient and an active listener. I’ll work at your pace and be open to any question because every question to me is a good question that only needs a better answer. Thank you
