I would normally ask students about at what level of biology classes they are having, will request to check on their previous tests or homework, and I am very aware of students' learning abilities, their interests on biology and misunderstandings on biology can be vary, I would plan an unique syllabus to different students depends on their levels.

I would normally ask students about at what level of biology classes they are having, will request to check on their previous tests or homework, and I am very aware of students' learning abilities, their interests on biology and misunderstandings on biology can be vary, I would plan an unique syllabus to different students depends on their levels.
In 2021, I worked in a primary school as teacher assistant, responsible to enter the classroom and to monitor student's learning and behavior, understand their needs to clarify the confusions during the class.
My personal goal is to provide a class to students and to let them acknowledge the fun of learning.
