Tieghan Amos

In my lessons, I will aim to equip students with the necessary writing skills, required at both GCSE and A Level. This will be taught alongside content, and will mainly consist of walk-throughs of past papers, questions related to source analysis, and creating atomic habits, that students will be able to take with them into exams, such as planning essay questions, essay structures, and little tricks everybody needs when faced with the pressure of exams!!

I will provide students with suggestions of appropriate revision methods, such as flashcards, and memory recall of specific historical events that will be needed to be known for exams. I will focus on the four main areas of historical research, that are required to be covered, religion, foreign Policy, economics, and politics.

Hopefully through my lessons, students can gain a sound structure that can be taken through all subjects within academia, providing them with critical thinking skills, analytical skills, and academic writing styles.
