Our first session will be centered around becoming familiar with your specific needs and goals. You may not be completely sure what these are and that is perfectly fine, we can go through the syllabus and examination components together and identify areas of weakness. I will then tailor sessions to meet your needs, ensuring you understand the content and exam components and are able to go into your exam knowing exactly what you need to do with the confidence to know you can do it!

Sessions will comprise of powerpoints to introduce information, quizzes to consolidate knowledge, practice questions to consolidate understanding, deconstructing exam papers and different style questions and exploring different revision techniques.

I have an A-Level in Sociology and took a particular interest in the Crime and Deviance topic which inspired me to study Criminology at University. In the years since graduating I have used my knowledge from my A-Level and Degree to work in different roles within the criminal justice system, before deciding to pursuing a career in education, and I am now on the way to starting my teacher training to teach Sociology at A-Level!
