For our first lesson together be prepared for a baseline set up of questions all over the topics, after this each lesson will begin with a light warm up starter which will cover what we learned the lesson before to ensure retrieval and memory are enhanced. Then we will move onto the main body of the lesson where I will spend some time demonstrating a basic understanding of a topic with some basic questions following up that we will look at together. I will then ask you to independently answer some more questions that get harder as you move on- with support if necessary. We will then finish off the lesson with a fun, game like maths activity whether this be on an online platform, across the meeting call or something individual. My students will be required to complete some work at home in between lessons but to prevent this task becoming unbearable and like school homework, the tasks will be short and have a game like set up to them. I strongly hope you consider me as a tutor for your child or for yourself as I have always been passionate about maths and helping others. Some mathematics qualifications that I have included grade 8 at GCSE with a level 3 algebra pass and am now currently studying maths at A-level.
