CanterburyI needed support for my day-to-day routines as I had been struggling a lot with my mental health. Tia was amazing and supported me throughout this with regular zoom calls. We discussed positive ways to manage mental health, making small changes and identifying future goals as well as how to make those goals a reality. Tia was a great listener, and very easy to talk to.
