I look to communicate with students and collectively form a lesson plan, in which various resources and materials can be used. I believe that every individual has their own unique way of learning, and that it is not the same for all. Formats of my lessons include whatever is best fitted for the student.

Personally speaking, I prefer aligning lessons with curriculum standards, in which they would be best suited for the specific exams. Plus, exam style questions and past papers is KEY to achieving the best grades possible.
