I have recently graduated with a degree in Languages with International Business (French) at Sheffield Hallam University.

Throughout my degree, I focused on all aspects of the French language and studied a wide variety of complex, contemporary topics.

Real-life, useful tasks such as translation, transcription and interpreting all played a big part in my degree.

I have a huge passion for languages, culture and linguistics and this is reflected in my teaching.

The French lessons would vary from basic vocabulary and greetings to advanced structures and topic specific vocabulary, depending on your current level.

Using a range of activities and engaging presentations, I will improve your competency in spoken, written, listening and reading French.

If needed, I can focus on specific aspects of the GCSE or A level syllabus such as translation or transcription assessments in order to help you succeed.

After each lesson I would set tasks to do in your own time, which would go over the material we’ve covered in order to consolidate your knowledge.

I have visited France/French speaking countries multiple times as a child and have travelled there alone many times so I have a sound understanding of the nuances of the language.

Throughout my life and education, French has always been a massive part of my life, especially as I have family members who live there.
