I have taught and facilitated learning from KS3 to KS5, helping students improve drawing skills and demonstrating a variety of techniques to develop portfolios. I’ve led workshops on drawing natural objects, digital drawing, and programs like Adobe, and have collaborated with local artists to expand students’ skills. As a practicing artist, I’ve also run external workshops and provided private tutoring in life drawing, natural forms, and sketchbook development.
For the past three years, I’ve worked in schools across London as an art technician, teaching students how to use materials ranging from photography to painting and printmaking. I can demonstrate how to use these materials effectively, ensuring students get the best results. Whether working with Year 7 to 8, Year 9 to 10, or Year 11 students preparing for their GCSEs, I have the expertise to help them succeed.
Additionally, I can guide students in creating strong portfolios, preparing for interviews, and developing critical thinking skills, all vital for a career in the arts. With a BA and MA in the subject, I’m confident I can help your students thrive.
