Hi, I'm Tom, I tutor Maths, Physics and Chemistry and I'd love to work with you to help you get the best grades possible in your coming exams, as well as build a more fundamental understanding that you might not be able to develop in a more crowded classroom.

I'm currently based in Grays, Essex and am available for both online and in-person sessions for only £35 per hour.

I want you to ask me all the questions you're too scared to ask your teacher and know that there's nothing wrong with going step by step to understand a problem.

I'll make sure we approach problems a number of ways to find the methods that work for you! Do you like to use graphs? Do you like to draw diagrams? Do you like to use real world examples? I'll make sure we find the style that suits you best.

I'll also help you to build up exam technique to make sure you show the best of yourself on the day! You don't always have the time in lessons to build up good practices for notation, showing your working and communicating your thoughts in a way that makes sure you get all the marks you deserve, so I'll make sure we dedicate some time to developing this essential skill.

I also studied engineering at Cambridge and I'm happy to help with any interview preparation if you'd like. I've successfully worked with a number of students through outreach programmes in the past.
