I am a CELTA qualified English teacher, meaning that I have completed the necessary training and practice required to attain the certificate. This includes creating engaging and productive lesson plans in order to teach classes of students at a variety of levels of proficiency. I utilise the "English For Everyone" series of textbooks, selecting and adapting material from them to create appropriate and challenging lessons for my students.

My aim is to help you to achieve your own personal goals, so I will discuss with you what you wish to gain from my lessons (e.g preparing for exams such as IELTS, learning business English in order to further your job prospects, etc.), and I will use this in order to tailor our classes such that you get as much practical and directed learning from them as possible.

I am always open to your feedback, so if, at any point, you feel that things are progressing faster than you feel comfortable with, or, perhaps, you think that the classes are not challenging enough, and that we could be moving on more quickly, I welcome this feedback. After all, these classes are for you to learn, and if there is any way in which you feel that I could enhance your learning, I would be more than willing to consider them. My classes are student centred, with the aim of involving the student at every stage of learning, as I believe that this is the best and most effective way to teach.
