I’d prefer to go for the general teaching knowledge. This would be explaining to students what it is they are learning about, and throughout I will get them to engage by asking questions and answering what they have learnt throughout. An example of this would be the 2 elements that’s needed in criminal offences, and give examples of what each offence is and ask can they help determine what element is causing the offences actually reus which is your action and the mens rea which is your mental ability to carry out the offence, but in saying that to be criminally charged both mental and actionable offence don’t have to necessarily be connected. I would further the learning by giving interactive tasks that get the students thing about whether or not what in front is a criminal matter or not.
