We will have an initial meeting to discuss fitness goals, whether that may be to gain weight, to lose weight, to improve overall fitness or any sport specific training goals. From there, I will create a prospective training plan that will feature replacement exercises in order to make the regiment as enjoyable and pleasant to complete as possible. Once the plan is dialled in I will be available for advice or questions over email, and we will arrange a regular time frame for check ins (weekly, biweekly, monthly). I will also point you towards apps and websites I have used personally for logging purposes to ensure you stay on track and are able to see marked improvement over time. In my own fitness journey, I have been faced with setbacks and challenges that forced me to research and test different recovery and training methods to progress. I also identified weak points that I could target and improve my overall performance with. While I have no formal qualifications, I have spent enough time studying and broadening my knowledge of sports training that I feel confident to be able to help others achieve their goals.
