Hi everyone!! I'm Tom. I work as a English language Tutor and have been doing so for nearly 25 years. Over that time, I have in no way become weary of my occupation. In fact, the exact opposite has occurred. I've found extra zeal and gusto and have injected these into my lessons. I've usually taught in a classroom environment but since Covid, I've been teaching a lot more frequently online. I've found this to be equally as rewarding as I can focus on an individual student, and tailor the lesson to his/her needs. Firstly, within the first half hour of our opening lesson, I will accurately gauge where you require improvement. Then I shall plan the classes and prepare the appropriate materials so that you make the maximum progress in the shortest possible time. What is more, you'll be given ample amounts of homework in order that this progress is maintained.
Not only do I deliver General English Lessons but also Academic (IELTS, FCE, CAE) and Business English. All my students achieve success in under my tuition. As well employing the main methodology to deliver lessons, I am also very creative in my methods and I will make our lessons as productive and engaging as possible. To me, the greatest joy resides in the student's shoulders going back when that moment of comprehension occurs. So, whatever your English needs are, I can assure you that I'm the teacher for you and will work as hard as I can to ensure that you meet your goals!
