My basic lessons typically start with me doing an introduction on who I am and allowing the student to also introduce themselves, this sometimes includes an ice breaker just so the student is comfortable. My basic lessons typically start with me doing an introduction on who I am and allowing the student to also introduce themselves, this sometimes includes an ice breaker just so the student is comfortable. Thereafter I allow the student to express what it is they are trying to learn in order for me to ensure that I teach with understanding. Thereafter, I present the lesson and engage with the student to ensure they are understanding and tracking with me. At the end, I ask the student whether they understood what I was teaching and ask them to confirm if they’d like for me to explain anything else.
