My lessons are well planned and intended to help learners fully understand what iam teaching. I like to use question and answer method as it helps me know if learners are fully engaged as I teach. I teach according to a particular syllabus, but each year with each new set of pupils I take up, I like to do better so I look back at the mistakes I may have made with my previous learners and I try not to repeat them.
From my experience, in over five years of teaching, I can proudly say I'm way better now than when I started. I enjoy my Job.
