Having been a teacher for a long time in different topics back in Paris, I'm glad I'm here to teach other people my native language!
For grammar, we can go through handbook exercises. I will explain how to use conjugations, how to master grammatical agreements, how to use gender properly, and so on. Practice makes perfect, so what you really need is to practice, make mistake, while someone helps you remember when rules apply!
For reading and writing, we can use different kind of materials (such as excerpts from magazines, newspapers, novels) that I will prepare to help you improve your comprehension. As a researcher and writer myself, reading and writing are some of my passions, and I can explain to you the subtleties of different registers, from familiar to formal, and help you reach a high level of confidence in your reading and writing skills.
I will happily talk with you to bolster your confidence in your conversational skills, so that you become more fluent. I am an avid talker and a great listener, so through conversation I will help you overcome your difficulties, make you speak, and help you get better and better as time goes!
If you need to go to France, be it for leisure, work or study, I can help you overcome your difficulties. I can help you write your essays, cover letters, as much as I can explain the kind of expectations people will have of you in school, work, or the society as a whole. I can also help you find books that will help you understand the society better!

HUMANITIES
My topic of choice is anthropology, although in practice I am also a historian. I am a published author (only one paper to my name, but I am very proud of it!) and I studied extensively philosophy, history, the social sciences in general, and even cognitive sciences!
Lessons in philosophy usually start with a question that sounds like it has two possible answers that are both true and contradictory. For example: is science a belief? And then we unroll the question!
Lessons in the social sciences, on the other hands, start with general questions about what humans do: for instance, what is society? What is culture? What is a state? And then unrolls the question, but this time looking at the world rather than ideas!
All these topics, of course, inform themselves and respond to one another.

DRAWING
Drawing lessons must be made face to face. Although you can draw with a tablet, it feels difficult to me to teach anything without looking at how you move your hand. As such, I think a good drawing class is one in which you use paper and that we both visualise the same thing.
Drawing is not a theoretical activity, but a practice; as such, we will draw things you want to draw, and I will guide you through the process of making lines, understanding perspectives, understanding shadows, contrast, colour. I can introduce you to a wide range of tools and how to use them. Also, we will together learn what it means to put something on a piece of paper; what kind of story it tells, where the eyes go when someone looks at a picture, and how to use that to make your drawings shine for the people seeing them.
