I like to spend the first meeting to get to know about the students. Usually at the second meeting, I will have acknowledged their ability in particular subjects and hence adjust my teaching approach. My tutoring subject usually lasts to 1 or 1.5 hours that include theory, problem solving and short break in between. I can deliver slide presentations or direct teaching on the board at home. To make sure continuous progress for students, I am available to be contacted outside the lesson hours. In my 5 years experience as a private tutor, I maintained good communication with parents to let them know about student's progress. At the end, I hope the students to feel the joy of learning, not studying. I want to be a good friend for them.
