I assess the student's direct needs and help as needed. Often management skills and first approaches to work are what is often needed. Otherwise, I help proofread their essays or work and help them learn how to edit their work or provide structure for creating a great essay or similar product. I also help with research and provide sources for how to do research independently, alway providing examples first.
