I have 14 years of teaching experience, I have 3 undergraduate certifications, and although the first one isn't related to teaching, it gives me a better insight into the professional life of my students, as most of them are in the business field. I have a Celta certification, which I obtained in 2017 when I studied at the Bell Institute in London. I use active learning methodology and most of my students are adults who want to learn from scratch or improve their English skills, either to grow in the company or to find a job.
Along these 14 years I've honed my skills to provide the best possible experience. Using the active learning methodology, I've been able to help students get promoted at work, get their dream job by improving their English and also make the dream of traveling to an English speaking country a reality.
I love working with what interests my student, and using this I cover the grammar topic, work on the reading skills, I use updated topis to train their listening skills and vocabulary. The use of mind maps has proved to be very effective with students, as I put the main information about the topic on them in a way that draws the student's attention and helps them to memorise structures, grammar and spelling rules. All grammar is based on high quality books that are relevant to the classroom environment.
