I have worked with students of different ages and cultural backgrounds. The direction of our lessons is dictated by your language needs. I have had experience preparing students for standardized tests, job interviews, and many other instances that require English. I use mostly Skype and Zoom, but I am comfortable to use other platform as well if my students have any preferences. I select teaching methods and material based on your goals and current proficiency level. Every lesson has speaking, reading, listening, and writing components. But we can focus on the particular skills that you need. I integrate grammar in communicative activities so that you understand the context in with particular grammar patterns are used. I create interactive home assignments for your independent work based on your interests and goals. You can access all the necessary material through Google Drive, Miro, or Figma, or we can use the platform that you are most comfortable with. I am an eager learner, and open to new ways of teaching. I monitor your progress and adjust my instruction accordingly. If I am familiar with your native language (Ukrainian, Russian, French, and Spanish), I can help you with the language transfer (using your native language skills to master English) where it is possible. I can also guide you through the free language-related resources provided by the Internet. My schedule is flexible, so we can have our lessons at the time which is convenient for you. The frequency of our lessons also depends on you.
