After receiving excellent grades in my iGCSE exams ( with 9s in Maths and English language and 8s in sciences) I know the value of having a good teacher, and how important it is that students can connect well with their potential tutor. I also understand the skills needed to work together with a student to allow them to achieve their full potential. I have good communication skills, and am organised, allowing me to plan lessons in advance and work with tutees to create a plan that it suited to their specific goals.

In my lesson I will ensure students are able to digest difficult topics by deepening their understanding of the subject. When setting homework I will also make sure the student refers back to the content learned in our previous session to make sure they are consolidating what they have learnt. When marking homework I will also go through any questions the tutee may have found hard, so that they understand how to do every question that has been set. This allows them to improve their learning and accuracy.
