My mathematics tutoring lessons are designed to be personalized, engaging, and result-oriented. Each section is flexible but follows a structured format tailored to the students individual needs and learning style.

Lesson structure:
I start by understanding the students current mathematical knowledge, strengths, and areas that need improvement. I then break down complex topics into manageable steps. In addition, I encourage students to actively participate by working through problems while guiding them to the solution. I then subsequently make sure you have a conceptual understanding with emphasis on the 'why' behind every math principle and not just memorising formulas. Finally, I give continuous assessment and feedback to ensure comprehension.

Lesson dynamics:
My approach is always modified to suit the students learning pace and style. Also, all math concepts are linked to real-world applications so the students can relate. One thing I love doing the most is creating a confidence-building environment where students feel free to make mistakes and learn from them. Finally, I normally select problems that are progressively challenging, thereby enhancing skill development.

Experience:
I have over a decade of experience in mathematics tutoring. I have worked with college-level to higher education-level and adult mathematics students. I have a track record of helping students improve grades and confidence in mathematics. I have just submitted my PhD thesis in civil engineering. I also worked as a graduate teaching assistant, teaching mathematics modules to year 1 students at Imperial College London. I am currently applying for FHEA.
