I pride in teaching and mentoring students for the past 11years in a Medical school. I first get to know my students and the areas where they need assistance.
I then check out the curriculum to note the coverage and identify the learning objectives. I do online teaching often and expect interactive sessions with the student. I am flexible to adapt to the student pace of understanding the concepts. I appreciate positive and negative feedback to help me improve on my teaching. I expect mutual respect and professionalism between myself and my students. Clear communication is key to agree on time for classes, duration of the class and ensuring that objectives are achieved
