I am here to support any student, of any age in criminology or psychology, from G.C.S.E. to A-level or university level. I can communicate via telephone, e-mail, Whatsapp, or online platforms such as Teams/Zoom, whichever you prefer!
I completed my BA Hons degree In Criminology and Psychology with The Open University in 2023, achieving First-class honours and I am looking to support students on their learning journey.
As a recent graduate, I feel it is important to remember how it feels to learn. My commitment to student-centred learning, coupled with my positive attitude would aim to support individual aptitude, instil belief in their abilities, provide constructive/personalised feedback and encourage them to share ideas with their peers. While I may lack formal teaching accreditation, I am confident that I can adapt to a variety of situations and continue my commitment to learning, thereby expanding the development of my skills. My enthusiasm for making psychology accessible and engaging will greatly contribute to students. Alongside my ability to simplify complex concepts, I am well-positioned to recognise the broader relevance of psychological theory and research in contemporary issues.
The dual qualification of my degree has not only proven a strong foundation in psychological principles but has also prepared me to analyse and address intricate issues concerning crime, justice and individual well-being. This multi-disciplinary education not only offers a holistic perspective but also strengthens my capability to approach present-day issues with a well-rounded and informed mindset.
