My lessons are focused on understanding fundamentals of a subject or concept using relatable - real-life examples to ease absorption on the part of the student. In other-words, I am more intent on using mental models that build on first principles .i.e., I aim to achieve the opposite of rote memorisation. An example will be if I were to explain what a data structure is to a computing newbie or novice, I would suggest the student to imagine a container that is used for storage or rather a bowl that holds fruit. You can think of Data structures as mechanisms for holding data just like the containers in this example does.
