I have approximately one year of experience. I cater the lessons based on the individual student's learning style and pace. I use a lot of examples and visual representations to simplify my lessons and make them more engaging. I am proficient in using online tools and virtual learning/teaching platforms. I customise my lesson plans and questions/tasks to ensure optimal comprehension and progress. Chemistry being a very volatile subject (pun-intended) I use different revision techniques and learning methods for long term memory retention. I also guide students in taking effective notes and give them tips and tricks for preparing well for the exams. I have also served as a mentor so I also guide them in setting academic goals, time management and various study strategies.
