I don't have a specific format that I follow. I teach students by studying them for the first 1-2 classes. This way I develop my understanding on how the child needs to be tutored. Depending on the student, my way of teaching differs. I am a person who is willing to teach the student the same concept multiple times so that he can grasp it well. Apart from that, i believe in revision work a lot. I help the students prepare notes for their chapters by giving them questions and marking the answers on the textbook. Their homework will be to complete the set of questions with or without referring to the book. Then at the end of every week i take an oral test to see what they learned and where they need assistance.
