As I've just finished A-levels, I know the specifications inside out, with notes to share and lessons planned. As a student, I know how other students feel and how stressful times can get, but worry not, it is achievable.
I can tutor those who are in secondary school, just going into college/sixth form, or those in their final year of A-Levels.
For A-Level students: I can tutor Biology and Chemistry (AQA) and Geography (Eduqas)
For GCSE students: I can tutor Maths, English, Biology (triple science) or combined sciences, Geography, Religious Studies/Thematic Studies and Statistics.

My lessons begin with 'Retrieval Questions' to begin active recall which will help your brain retain vital information. We then move onto the main part of the lesson where you’ll learn content securing knowledge from the specification and you can ask any questions to boost your understanding. Finally, the plenary task will ensure you understand everything you’ve been taught that lesson and gives another opportunity to ask for help incase you didn’t understand anything from the lesson. The lessons are designed for students to be able to learn the content and understand it in a way so when they're in the middle of an exam they know how to answer questions and what specifically to write, which will help them not feel overwhelmed; instead feeling confident in their answer to achieve the highest grades possible.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the idea that students' minds are not empty vessels waiting to be filled; rather each one of them brings their own particular brand of genius to my classroom, and my most important job is to discover and empower that genius.
