A typical session could include:
Breathing techniques to help calm the mind, release tension and give you energy;
Visualisation techniques that will allow you to rehearse your goals in your head making them much more likely to be achieved; and
Relaxation techniques that will allow you to sleep better and calm nerves
If necessary, I can also share energy healing techniques such as "tapping" (emotional acupuncture) so that you can clear yourself of limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, and make space for more positive thoughts that are in alignment with where you want to be mentally and physically.
A lot of the techniques I share with you will be self-help giving you the confidence to apply them in everyday situations.
We can work on developing your meditation and mindfulness skills from beginner to absolute pro. We can take a generic approach to cover all areas of your life, or work on help you achieve a specific goal eg exam prep, anxiety, balance etc.
