Upon teaching basic English to kids in Ghana, on a trip in 2023, I realised how rewarding helping others learn can be. My lessons will consist of building on basics. Using a part-part-whole method, you will learn the building blocks needed via powerpoint presentations, basic conversing and storytelling games. We can cover techniques behind illustrative writing, effective reading & more specific subjects such as Business (marketing, sales, strategy and economics) and Basic History, Geography and maths. My experience of which being 3 years of university study (currently completing my final year with a predicted grade of 2:1) and a successful spell of GCSE results in the listed subjects. Personal interests include sports and culture and references to specific available technology will be given to help you progress your knowledge outside of our sessions.

I will outline a multiple-week plan based on your expectations and objectives in learning. Case studies and additional work will be supplied as well as open communication with myself whenever required. Having gained experience as an amateur boxer (and a Level 2 Club Head coach qualification), I can also provide tips on gaining confidence in everyday life, assisting you deal with the pressures and stress of picking up new skills and testing yourself.

Our lessons will be informative and enjoyable with references to historic and current culture, I can help you get started on writing stories or presenting information to employers/teachers. I can assist in career aspirations and personalise my advice to each individual; you will be seen and heard working with me. Thank you!
