Tayla Blain

Lessons mainly consist of practice writings and reading examples. I will spend time teaching techniques in ways that are tailored to each child’s needs. The most important part of English as a gcse is application, therefore students will also be required to show me they can apply the things they learn through a series or practice essays and example paragraphs structured with my help of course.
I will use a combination of digital whiteboard systems and PowerPoints to conduct most of my teaching and all work will be marked and given feedback to ensure maximum growth within students.

I aim to create a positive environment in which learning isn’t a chore but something interesting and engaging. I also want to provide students with communication skills that they can apply outside of the classroom.
