I have previous experience tutoring KS2 students, particularly in Maths, and would also be confident in tutoring Biology and Chemistry. I believe it is important to be patient with my students, otherwise a negative environment is created and nothing gets learnt. I would especially tackle topics which students find particularly difficult, while helping them gain the right skills and technique without solving questions for them. Content would be based especially on what they student finds most difficult, as well as helping them produce helpful notes which don’t contain unnecessary information.
