Hello!
My name is Taryn. I am a bubbly, fun and young teacher. I have 3 years of teaching experience, in which I have taught people of all ages, some just beginning school and others working as CEOs in their 50's.

I enjoy accommodating the students' personal skills and ensure they understand the work thoroughly before moving on. It is important to me that students feel comfortable, happy and safe in my class. Learning can be difficult, that's why student's deserve teachers that genuinely care for them and their goals. I want to be a friend and a guide to all who need help.

My lessons are always colourful, clear and fun. I begin the lesson with a board game that encourages students to collect stars throughout the lesson, which eventually will get them to the end where they can watch a video or play a game of their choice for a few minutes at the end of the lesson! During the lesson, we watch videos to help us learn. Lastly, just before the lesson ends, we play a game about the lesson topic.

I am easy to communicate with, always respond quickly and professionally. I want to hear feedback from parents and have them actively involved in their child's learning journey. It takes a village to ensure the best for a child.

I believe each child has a talent, it is my job to help them through the journey of achieving goals and mastering their talents.
