Tara Costello

I completed my Bachelor's degree in 2016 from the University of Southampton with a 2:1 in Film and Philosopy (Joint BA). Since then, I've gained a broad range of experience in marketing, administration, customer service, and sales.

Most recently, I started my own online bakery which specialises in sustainable and plant-based bakes.

Although I am new to tutoring, I will apply all my gained experience to the role. I'm patient, kind, and organised. I'm passionate about helping students recognise and achieve their academic goals. My lessons will be structured, with an emphasis on exploring and understanding new ideas, and developing a strong essay structure.

I offer online tutoring and I'm flexible with my availability. Our lessons will start with a check-in to see where my students are at and what they'd like to achieve before their next session, a overview of how we can achieve those goals, and then we'll dive deep into topics, new ideas, and practicing ways my students can coherently express their thoughts in writing/essays.
