Throughout my lessons, they will be very interactive. Not too many things to learn at once. I will ensure that I work at the pace of the students and encourage them throughout each lesson to give them confidence to be able to progress. For
The many different learning styles, so I’ll have to take the first lesson to gain an understanding of what the students prefer, and then cater to their needs on a weekly or daily basis to allow them to learn effectively. Throughout my experience of teaching, I’ve learnt that it is important to understand the student, as well as the student gave to understand the teacher to be able to gain extremely good results from the students. Other things which I like to also understand before completing any lessons is how the student is feeling on that day as this may have an impact on the way which they learn. Being able to understand how Student is feeling on a daily basis will be able to give me a consensus of how to support them as well as how much work to provide them with to still be able to gain results without putting too much pressure on them. I studies of shown some people are able to work extremely well under pressure whereas majority of people struggle under pressure due to feeling they are going to fail or not going to be successful. My overall and goal is to give confidence in each student, as well as allowing them to know that they are capable of achieving such great things.
