I am a first year university student in Glasgow Caledonian University doing finance, investment and risk management. I have gained excellent maths skills as I had completed my higher maths at high school and got a grade B.I am going to be using zoom which will help me interact with the pupil and also engaging them with questions or concerns they may have and addressing them at the very start. I want this experience to be the most comfortable and I want to help them succeed in their studies with maths. I am very excited to be teaching and hoping to build new experiences. I will be using a whiteboard on zoom to draw out questions and using new ways for them to understand the content so that they can remember in their future tests. For any exams they sit if they are doing national 5 maths, I will go over past papers which is the most resourceful for learning how to answer questions and I will go step by step ensuring that they are learning and increasing their maths knowledge . I am extremely excited to be teaching as I want to make it the most fun and enjoyable experience for them.
