I start with 5 minutes meditation 40 minutes yoga 10 minutes Pranayama and concluding it again with 5 minutes of meditation.
Basically, session covers more of Ashtanga Yoga and also some Hatha yoga and power yoga asanas.
Currently, I am taking 5 sessions per week out of which 1 session is Surya namaskar and Yoga nidra.
