I have gotten my A-Level qualifications in Psychology, Biology and Digital Media, and achieved A*AB in my A-Levels respectively. I have also had experience in tutoring IGCSE higher maths, in which my overall grades were I also help with the guidance/process of university/UCAS applications for anybody wanting to study undergraduate psychology. My personal statement allowed me to receive 5/5 university offers, 2 of which were Russel group universities and Loughborough University which is ranked 7th in the UK.

My teaching methods include letting the student lead the way so we can find out what teaching style works best for them. I provide an optimistic learning environment and a tight, strict teaching schedule with some additional homework tasks as to improve recall of the information learnt from the multiple teaching sessions.

I will tailor each session to the students desire and at the start of the next session I will provide a mini test as to recap their last tutoring session and make sure that the student is keeping up to date with their revision. I can also provide mini mock tests/practice exam-style questions that the student can use outside of our sessions as to improve their knowledge.

However, I will not make these mock tests necessary in everybody's sessions as once I get an idea of how the student learns/handles the workload then I will change the amount of work I decide to set them. Obviously there will be set homework tasks but I promise to not overwhelm the students with work as I am aware they will also be receiving homework from school.
