My lesson would consist of rhyming words, picture cards, practice writing the alphabet and pronouncing words with clapping and putting words into sentences and teaching them about full stops and commas. My experience working with preschool and doing one to one when it came to english, was a mixture of breaking down words so they could hear the letters and syllables. This gave them better understanding, aswell as splitting the reading time so they'd read half, as would I. Letting them spell out words and put them into sentences for them self and so much more.
