Hi I am Tania! I have been a tutor for over 4 years and currently am a student of Queen Mary University of London. Throughout my whole tutoring career, my proudest and most rewarding achievement is when I taught an A-level student last year, and helped her move up from a grade C to an A* in Physics. This was due to both of our hard work, and understanding in how best to help my students, by identifying key strengths and weaknesses in the subject and working through them. I am always looking to work with new students to unlock their full academic potential and achieve the grades they deserve, at all levels such as SATs, GCSEs, AS levels and A levels.

My effective tutoring methods are a mix of old school whiteboard teaching, interactive activities and worksheets, fun quizzes and practicing exam questions and their techniques. My teaching follows main textbooks and exam board specifications. I start by identifying areas in which the student struggles with and slowly work through all these content areas and then helps the student apply key knowledge to problems, helping to prepare for exam questions. Once the student is comfortable in applying their knowledge we will work through crucial exam techniques and hacks to achieving their goals! Finally we practice many exam questions both available online and unavailable to most people.
