I literally believe that creativity is the key!
The key to self-confidence

I've taught a number of subjects and continuously delivered excellent results because my primary drive in teaching is ensuring that the subject matter is easily grasped.
I also believe that learning should be enjoyable and not forced. If someone appreciates what they do, they will want to do it again. Therefore, for me, the subject matter is the easy part; the challenge lies in finding the right teaching method for each individual and responding to their specific needs.
I've taught pupils ranging from Key Stage 1 to adult learners and have worked with folks from various backgrounds. With extensive knowledge and expertise in teaching or facilitating projects, I am able to handle groups, content, and complex activities in a variety of situations. I use various types of creativity as a motivator to bring people of diverse ages and social backgrounds together, with a focus on community cohesion and integration.
After four months of teaching English in rural Thailand, I became a year four homeroom teacher, where I taught Math, English, Geography, Biology, and Art. After two years, I relocated to Bangkok City in 2018. My background in marketing and design allowed me to manage the Visual Arts Department at an all-girls religious school. The school featured an arts programme, and in addition to developing the curriculum, I was responsible for teaching both elementary and secondary students. After a two-year period, the arts were recognised as an official topic and included in award ceremonies where students received various awards. In addition, kids participated in outside events and won awards.
I also began my Bachelor's degree programme while working as a teacher. This lasted for two years, but due to Covid and my relocation, it has been put on hold. I have a three-year diploma in graphic design and five years of university experience in total. I will be transferring my credits and completing both degrees in Europe in the near future. I have obtained various other certifications and training, along with my TEFL / 150 Hours Master - Global Language Training (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), 2018, Digital Awareness and Student Assessment Certificate - Ideal English Academy, Bangkok, 2019, TEFL / 120 Hours - Siam Technology College International Program, 2020.
In 2020, I was exhibiting as an independent artist and my artwork “City Girl” made the front page of Bangkok magazine for International Women's Day. During this time, I taught design and art at private studios and companies around Bangkok, while also continuing my position at the Convent.
In 2021 I worked as Artist in Residence at a beautiful lodge in South Africa. My responsibilities included painting murals and home-schooling two adolescent boys with learning problems, one of whom had autism.
I am now currently based in Kent, teaching all subjects both in person and online, my main subject specialising in the Arts and Design.
