I have been in the teaching profession for the past fifteen years.
I love working both online and in different classrooms. I think that every student or child is very important and has special gifts, talents and abilities that they should utilize in the best ways possible. I believe that every child can learn and should learn as education is the vehicle for success in this life. I also believe that they have the ability to learn and develop to their fullest potential, if they receive good tutors who are patient enough to deal with them, manage their behavior, understand their different needs and meet them at their level, they will be motivated, inspired and equipped to function as effective citizens.

Usually at the beginning of classes, I would try to get to know my students by allowing them to talk, or express themselves freely.I would definitely monitor them in the process.
To begin lessons, I sometimes allow them to watch videos, or be engaged in other introductory activities, such as engaging in games, or listening to a story, or other activities that relate to the lesson so as to catch their attention from the start of the lesson. I would try to engage them throughout as much as possible during the lesson presentation, by doing activities such as asking questions, allowing them to express or share what their prior knowledge of the subject have been and also what they learn from the lessons taught. My sessions are normally vibrant and fun-filled and I let every student feel special while learning.

My experience with teaching and motivating students at the Earlychildhood, Primary and even Seconday level has been very rewarding . It is just fulfilling to know that after I have taught them using very enriching lesson planning and structure and just by interacting in the classroom, that their test scores or grades improve tremendously. When they improve they actually feel a sense of growth and worth and accomplishment and it also puts a smile on the faces of their parents; to me this is fulfilling.
