I am a 3rd year dental student and tutor of A-Level Biology and Chemistry.

I conduct my lessons via Microsoft Teams. We will tend to work on a topic or 2 per lesson. We will begin by going through the content of this topic, and cover the terminology required to achieve marks. We will then spend time looking at exam questions to practice putting our knowledge to the test!

The Biology A-Level mark scheme is extremely specific, so it is imperative that students know the terminology that will achieve marks. I have curated my teaching notes to include these terminologies, so will ensure my students understand these and can use them to mark highly.

Chemistry A-Level contains many calculations that not all students are confident with, as well as lots of qualitative things to remember. My past students have fed back that I helped them improve their confidence in calculations and my tips and tricks to revise inorganic and organic chemistry were really helpful.

I am passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. Often keeping up with their class can be overwhelming, but students can mark highly whilst working at their own pace, and tuition is something that facilitates that.
