Hello! I am an enthusiastic tutor originally from California, but living in the UK for the past 10 years. I received my undergraduate degree in Geography from Oxford University. I have always tutored alongside my studies and career, both in English, Geography, French, Spanish, and Maths. This includes working for organisations such as Schools+ and Into University, as well as charities in the US.

I can help you prepare for a specific curriculum or exams, or we can design something more tailored for you. We start by understanding your current level of the subject and being clear what your learning goals are, and then we agree an approach from there. I am comfortable teaching all levels - children and adults both welcome!

My lessons are fun and energetic, as well as adaptive to your level and needs. I have always loved to learn, and my goal is to bring subjects to life! As an example... For English classes, I love using literature, art, music, and other interesting mechanisms to help you learn the language. For me, this is far more effective than just going 'by the book'. For Geography, I like to bring the subject to life and off the page with examples and stories - I have lived and studied in 5 countries and visited over 40! I can also provide insights into the university application and interview process for Geography in the UK so we can help you prepare if you are at this stage of your studies.
